From Easter 2018 to Easter 2019, Fellowship Raleigh Church is going to make personal evangelism the new normal by collectively investing 10,000 hours in personal evangelism through praying, serving, investing, inviting, and sharing Jesus with lost people.  For most of us, this will be a new normal.  It is exciting to think of how God will grow our individual and collective faith in Him as we take this challenge!  We desire to have a big goal that calls us to raise our game and requires everybody to play a part.  This collective investment will help us reach our goal of seeing a “culture of personal evangelism” take hold within our church body.  Setting the 10,000 hour goal will help us keep going, but it’s ultimately not about the goal, it’s about creating a new culture.

We can all be involved in personal evangelism in many ways that uniquely suit our personalities and our spiritual gifts.  Maybe you only need to do what you are already doing with more intentionality toward personal evangelism. Or you may need to stop doing something or do something less in order to make time for personal evangelism.  Our hope is that we can inspire one another through these stories as we see God at work in each other’s lives and in the lives of our friends, neighbors, co-workers, and family.
